Tourism for Tomorrow Awards 2019
Greentraveller has been commissioned by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) to produce a video about the 15th year of its prestigious Tourism for Tomorrow Awards, including interviews with finalists attending its annual conference in Seville, Spain in April 2019 where the winners will be announced. The headline speaker for the conference is Barack Obama.
Filming the Coast of England
Building on the filming and editing work we produced for the National Coastal Tourism Academy (NCTA) in 2017/18, Greentraveller has been commissioned to produce more interactive videos for the NCTA's England's Coast project in 2019, one of the flagship national projects of the Discover England Fund administered by VisitEngland.
We have produced a new showreel for 2019 showcasing our work that shines a light on sustainablility, people and places through interviews, storytelling and BRoll of landscape, people at work and wildlife.
Greentraveller is delighted to announce it has been awarded a competitive tender to provide writing and film production services for the Wildsea Atlantic Ocean Heritage Route promoting sustainable marine ecotourism activities in its key destinations throughout Europe in 2019.
Our film about England's Seafood Coast is being shown at the Dutch travel show Vakantiebeurs in January 2019. The film was produced for the Seafood Coast - an initiative of England's Coast run by the National Coastal Tourism Academy and funded by VisitEngland's Discover England Fund.
Spanish Tourist Office
December 2018: The Spanish Tourist Office has commissioned Greentraveller to produce a Greentraveller's Guide to "Green Spain" (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria and the northern Basque Country) including photography and video.
Social Media Influencer
November 2018: Greentraveller has been ranked #51 out of 500 of the Top Social Media Agencies in the UK with a Kred influence of 789. We think this high ranking says as much about the phenomenal rise in the power of video as it does about green travel going mainstream.
England's Seafood Coast
November 2018: England's Seafood Coast has commissioned Greentraveller to produce a series of films this winter about the life of England's seafood industry. The project is run by The English Riviera's Seafood Coast initiative and the National Tourism Academy's England's Coast project supported by Visit England's Discover England Fund.
Greece National Tourism Organisation
GNTO has commissioned Greentraveller to visit mainland Greece in late October 2018 to research, photograph and film for a Greentraveller's Guide to the Pelion Peninsula.
The Travel Foundation
Sustainable tourism charity The Travel Foundation has commissioned Greentraveller to produce a series of trade-focussed films about its Greener Hotels project in Cape Verde in the summer of 2018.

Normandy Tourist Board, France has commissioned Greentraveller to develop its Greentraveller's Guide to Normandy to promote more locally distinctive experiences in Normandy in 2018.
Catalan Tourist Board
The Catalan Tourist Board has again commissioned Greentraveller to write, blog, photograph and film the Catalan Pyrenees in late 2017, building on the work Greentraveller produced for the Catalan Tourist Board in the summer of 2017.
